What was the highlight of HCC Regente Barcelona
it was very good, the stuff we enjoyed less was out of the hotel's control.
the rooms were good, friendly staff and very helpful. only problem we had was that the walls were thin and we could hear the room next door and above us. the rooms are clean, we didn't have breakfast, they gave us complimentary water which is cute. I would have preferred a closer location to the center. other than that great experience

Nice staffs, great location, comfortable stay.
The staffs are nice and friendly. Although we had a small problem about the room type, we got a satisfied feedback.

Very Good
Breakfast buffet was a disappointment. The eggs had a strange taste and the fruit wasn't fresh or ripe. We chose not to eat breakfast there again after the first morning.
Didn't care for the breakfast buffet. Also, the carpet in the room was really old and worn, and we wondered if it was ever cleaned. It looked dirty and we didn't want to walk barefoot on it.
